Surrealistic H. Sapiens This album really brings out that winter feel, yet it makes you feel warm and cozy. All tracks have a way of projecting this. I'm fairly sure this album took a lot of dedication to make, and the end result shows. Hilyard is steadily becoming one of my favorite ambient artists. Favorite track: True North.

This album was created in a solar powered forest cabin during the desolate winter months. Comfort for dark nights, cold isolation and fuel for gazing pensively into the fire. Another chapter in my ongoing musical journey to find some peace of mind in this world. Layers of my own grief and regret slowly peel away with this music to reveal the mercy and self forgiveness that lies within. I hope you will find the same warmth in this album that I did while creating it.
